Hi! Welcome to the first page of the chapter, It’s been way too long hasn’t it? I tried something new with this page, that being setting it to music! The words of the comic go to the tune of the song, animal crossing style. Lemme know if you like it or not! Either way, It’s just a normal comic next time. I’m very excited about this chapter, It’s the first big climax in the comic so far! See you in two days for a new page, I hope!
Uh oh! What a pickle. I was talking on instagram earlier about how lot’s of people were worried Clarissa was just a minor character in chapter 7, don’t worry! She’s gonna be in almost ALL of this one! She’s super fun to write, I wouldn’t be ABLE to only make her appear in one chapter!
I mentioned on Instagram a few days ago that lots of people messaged me saying they really liked Clarissa back in chapter 7 and were upset she wouldn’t be in the comic after that chapter, but don’t worry! She’s was never a minor character, and in fact she’s in almost all of this chapter, she’s important! Since shes sticking around a bit longer I’m glad you guys like her, I didn’t wanna say anything at the time because spoilers, but I was hoping some people could warm up to her before this one! Oh man, I’m almost done school and I’m SO excited to really dedicate some more time to this comic. I’m really trying to go all out this chapter, I hope you guys are digging it even though it just started!

Sorry if any of you guys are sensitive to death or dead bodies or anything! I’m pretty sure most of my readers are around my age though, so it should be good! Hey! I made another little soundracky thing for this chapter (no words for this one, it’s just kind of a general ambient thing for the chapter so far). I have no clue if you guys like these or not, but they’re fun to do at least! I also hope you guys are digging this slightly more action filled chapter as much as I’m digging writing it. Yikes, boring dialogue heavy pages like this are really hard for me to draw! Some of you more diligent readers might remember Ross and Dominick from last chapter, where they made a brief appearance! I’ll see you in two days when you’ll find out why the last two panels of this page are so weird!
Aaaaaand I’m officially out of school now! I was worried I would miss a few updates at the end there, but it ended up being alright! I’m so happy I’m going to have some free time now, I can really do this chapter right and stick the landing on this first half of the story! Come back in two days for another page!

I’m super sorry to say it, but I’ll be going on another small break this weekend! I’m taking a trip down to the US, and since I do my comic traditionally I won’t be able to keep it going while I’m there! It should be starting again Tuesday night, sorry for doing this twice in a row! That being said, this page is the first in a while to have bingo and Annabelle in the same place, and it’s the first time bingo’s even been in this chapter, which seems pretty crazy for some reason! I hardly ever draw one of these two without the other, so I’m glad I got them both in this one! Anyways, I’ll see you Tuesday night if all goes well, thanks for sticking with me!
Hey guys! I’m back, sorry for the break, I had a fun vacation! Ok so looking at this page actually makes me pretty emotional, because it’s exactly the kind of page I planned for when I started the comic. My art was a bit worse here too (still in vacation mode) so it really looks and feels a lot more similar to the early pages. My little project is growing up! There’s also a suuper short little soundtrack for the last two panels of this page. See you in two days for another update!
Sorry for the late update, I don’t have an excuse, I just got a bit distracted! The good (and slightly daunting) news is, this is the 300th comic page I’ve drawn! Glad it ended up being this one, I’ve been planning it ever since I made up Clarissa over a year and a half ago! That 300 of course includes the Special print chapter that is yet to hit your hands, (unless you were one of the few who saw me at VanCAF!) That should be going up for sale incredibly soon though, so if you like dumb Bingo and Annabelle hangouts (with a bit of Grimmick sprinkled in), get excited!

That’s right, you can buy my comics now in a wonderful printed format! There’s a couple old ones on there (the colour of grey, and HUNT), but the one you readers will be most interested in: The print exclusive chapter of Cheesy Fantasy! Ever since I finished it in may, lots of readers have asked when they could buy it online (which was very flattering!), and now you finally can! For those of you who didn’t know about it before, it’s a print only chapter that has never seen the surface till now aside from at VanCAF, the chapter takes place between chapters 6 and 7, chronicling the short and easy journey to the fateful town of alarica! Bingo and Annabelle get lost, and Grimmick tries to convince his mother to raise the stakes. I’ll also be throwing in some original art in each order, so if you have a fav character from the comic, put that in the ‘Buyers notes’ section. You can find that book RIGHT HERE.
